Interactive Forms
Forms are responsive and built with conditional logic — meaning that the questions and/or options presented to you may change depending on how you answer other questions in the form. This is to try to keep the questions relevant to how you wish to interact.
Each form is collapsed under the "Form - Title >" bars — just click on the colored bar and it will reveal the form. It's similar to the "Keep Reading/Read More" cuts on tumblr.

Starter Call
For requesting that I write you starters.
Inbox Call
For requesting that I send you prompts/memes, with the option to specify IC and/or OOC.
Permanent Interactions Call
A permanent starter call with benefits — including permanent inbox, plotting, shipping, etc. calls. This is where my Mains come from.

Disinterest Tracker
Unless you fill out the Disinterest Tracker to tell me otherwise, if we're mutuals, it's assumed you're interested in interacting with any and all of my Open Muses in any of their canon-based verses and/or their fandom matched verses & AUs.
